  • Cleaned and sanitized equipment or utensils not properly stored: container with cooking utensils sitting under hood suppression box with food/grease dripping on them and one with a dirty extension cord touching it. Owner/Operator removed the dirty utensils, placed them in the 3cs, and relocated the container.

  • Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed hand lotion stored on prep table and spray bottle of sanitizer hanging on shelf containing coffee. Operator moved both for proper storage.

Observed cooked egg and cooked sausage in reach-in cooler pulled from freezer not properly date marked. Produced is dated 8/16 and 8/17 with today being only 8/13. Educated operator on proper date marking.
