- Observed the following food temperatures less than 135°F; beef empanadas (73F - Hot Holding); spinach empanadas (70F - Hot Holding); chicken empanadas (70F - Hot Holding) All were located in display case on front counter. As per manager food had only been out for about 1 hour. Chef moved. All to reach in cooler.
- Handwash sink removed from dishwashing area. Reviewed plans with operator and advised that handwashing sink must be reinstalled in the same location where removed.
- Two-compartment sink used as a hand washing sink with a shared faucet. Advised manager that hand washing sink must be a single sink and not used for any other purpose other than washing hands.
