- Dented/rusted cans present. See stop sale. One can of unpeeled tomatoes on speed rack by back exit with large denting and sharp edges and one can of tomato sauce with denting along top seaming. The can of unpeeled tomatoes has a note on it that it is damaged and to hold for credit. Both cans are stored with the rest of the supply. Operator segregated both cans.
- Spray bottle containing toxic substance not labeled. Unlabeled spray bottle with clear liquid at handwash sink by slicer. Operator identified contents as sanitizer and labeled the spray bottle. Also, unlabeled spray bottle with yellow liquid at three compartment sink. Operator identified contents as bleach and labeled the spray bottle.
- No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. No chlorine test kit available for wiping cloth solution using bleach at front counter.
- Unwashed fruits/vegetables stored with ready-to-eat food. Person in charge replaced sanitizer at dishmachine and retested at 100ppm by end of inspection. Person in charge began remaking triple sink, tested at 50ppm chlorine.

Person in charge states has been in unit for approximately 2 hours, began icing down. In walk in cooler chicken, deli meat, deli meat 44-45F. Person in charge states just had recent delivery. Person in charge opened walk in freezer door to rapidly chill. In server line reach in cooler milk at 50F. Person in charge states is taken in and out of unit, recommend holding on time.
