Employee placed fresh garlic in oil in ice for rapid cooling at kitchen area. Also Cooked pasta (95F - Cooling); Cooked pasta (49F - Cold Holding) inside reach in cooler next to kitchen entrance at front counter. As per employee from the day before. Employee segregated during inspection. Stop sale issued. Also observed Ham (46F - Cold Holding); Cheese (47F - Cold Holding); Cooked pasta (64F - Cooling); Shredded mozzarella cheese (47F - Cold Holding) inside walk in Cooler at storage area located at 751 E 8 Avenue Hialeah FL, 33010. As per operator for less than 4 hours.
