Operator stated they are in contact with a company to come fix the roof but that they havent received a date or time theyd be coming out. Operator closes those areas off when leaking does occur and doesnt keep and food or food contact items in those areas for the time being.

She said shed had a technician out to fix it recently, and it was temping at 35F this morning, but she thought it still needed repairs. Ambient temperature at time of inspection 60F. Operator removed all foods from cooler and will discontinue use until it has been repaired and can hold foods at 41F and below.
