Observed maracuya mouse (51F - Cold Holding); cheesecake (51F - Cold Holding); suspiro limeño (50F - Cold Holding) at dessert reach in cooler . As per employee the desserts were outside for around 3 hours while they were cleaning the cooler. They placed the desserts in ice bath immediately.
- Food-contact surfaces not sanitized after cleaning, before use. Do not use equipment/utensils not properly sanitized. Observed bar dishwasher in use with glasses and cups without sanitizer solution. Manager adjusted the machine, then chlorine sanitizer 100 ppm. All glasses and cups were rewashed
