- Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Walk in cooler reading ambient temperature 50F, Goat, chicken, Marsala sauce. Manager moved product to freezer, called repair company, door open due to opening and leaving door open. I am coming back k in the morning to check temps. Opened for 45 minutes before inspection.
- Operating with an expired Division of Hotels and Restaurants license. License expired 6/1/26, manager working on paying online. Opened and operating serving and preparing food for customers.

- No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Observed no hand washing signs at hand washing sink in kitchen and at front counter.
- Equipment in poor repair. Observed cracked gaskets on reach in cooler door in prep kitchen.

- Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Upon inspection, observed mop sink faucet in disrepair, missing bell housing for vacuum breaker.
- No soap provided at handwash sink. Upon inspection, observed no soap available at handwashing sink near grill area at establishment. Manager stated dispenser batteries need replacing.

Upon inspection, observed raw steak 53f, raw steak skewers 53f, raw chicken 51f in grill low boy cooler # 2. Also observed raw steak 47f, raw pork 49f in grill low boy cooler # 3. Manager states coolers have been opened frequently during lunch rush prior to inspection for orders and restocking of products.
- Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Upon inspection, observed cheese sauce 119f, less than 4 hours. Manager discarded during inspection.

- Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Upon inspection, observed melted butter 123f in front line steam table, less than 4 hours. Manager removed melted butter from steam table to reheat during inspection.
