- Establishment is operating as Frog Pond for morning service from 7:30am-1:30pm and reopens as MadFish for evening service 5pm-10pm. Frog Pond and Madfish are two completely separate concepts with different menus, individual staff teams, and distinct operating hours, with Frog Pond serving breakfast and Madfish serving dinner. Outdoor storage cold holding cooler trailer and a dry storage trailer have been observed in the parking lot of the establishment. Violation will be time extend for 60 days from initial inspection on 7/23/2026. Callback date will be on 9/21/2026.
